Gerald Lu is one of Singapore's most decorated sommeliers, bringing with him more than two decades of experience. A two-time Singapore National Sommelier Competition champion in 2010 and 2017, and the current President of the Sommelier Association of Singapore. Certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers as an Advanced Sommelier, he has spent his career at the intersection of hospitality and fine wine, and is the owner of Praelum Wine Bistro, one of the city-state's most respected wine-led dining destinations.
At Asia Wine Review, Gerald serves as the Lead Founding Critic and sets tasting protocol alongside the Principal Critic.
