Markus Molitor, at the Pot
Back vintages, unreleased wines and special cuvées, flown in from the cellar of Markus Molitor in the Mosel and opened over hotpot in Singapore.
Most of these wines are not available in Singapore. They were shipped from the estate for one evening with AWR members, hosted by Jaclene Liew dipWSET, fresh from harvest at Markus Molitor.
The evening opened with a tasting of every wine, then moved to dinner: one pot per guest, ingredients shared across the table, and the wines poured again with the food.
