Justin Wee

With just under a decade of experience spanning luxury hospitality, Michelin-starred dining, and beverage programme development, Justin Wee is Assistant Head Sommelier at Raffles Hotel Singapore. He is the recipient of the Tatler Best Sommelier Singapore 2024 award, the recipient of the Singapore Tourism Board F&B Star Award 2026, and holds the Certified Sommelier qualification from the Court of Master Sommeliers as well as Certified Wine Specialist status with the Society of Wine Educators.

He began his career as a Junior Sommelier at The American Club Singapore before joining Raffles Hotel Singapore in 2019 as a Commis Sommelier. At La Dame de Pic Singapore he was mentored by Paz Levinson and helped develop both the wine and non-alcoholic pairing programmes, and was part of the team that secured the first Michelin star in the hotel's 135-year history. Through his consistent performance and dedication, he progressed to Sommelier and subsequently Assistant Head Sommelier.

Today. Justin is the Head Sommelier of Raffles Hotel, responsible for managing the operations of the Wine Team in Butcher’s Block, Centurion Haus, The Grand Lobby, Writers Bar and 1887 by André.
